使用する水は、須弥山の妙高山麓天然水。蒸気にも飲料水にも同一の天然水を使用しています。
We use natural spring water sourced from the foothills of Mt. Myoko.
The same water is used for steam and drinking.

上越出身の音楽家、高波ユタカによるTerraオリジナル・メディテーションアルバム。上越の春夏秋冬。鳥の声、虫の音、花火、新雪を踏む音。
蒸気のなかで音が呼吸を整えます。それはBGMではなく、風土の記憶。
A meditation album composed exclusively for Terra by Joetsu-born musician Yutaka Takanami. Recorded across the four seasons of Joetsu, the album weaves together the voices of the land—birds, insects, summer fireworks, and the soft sound of footsteps on new snow.
In the warmth of steam, sound becomes breath. Not background music. A memory of the landscape.

小さな湯呑みに注がれる「はじまりの蒸茶 -First Infusion-」。蒸気を浴びる前に、まずテロワール“風土”を飲む。

館内には日本海を臨むラウンジスペース、テラのクラフトビールやハーブティー、コーヒー、オリジナルサイダーなど、ご利用後の余韻を過ごすスペースがあります。
A lounge is available for guests to relax after their sauna session.
Craft beer, herbal tea, coffee, and original cider are offered.
受付後にお出しする、最初の一杯。ミヤトウ野草研究所によるブレンド野草茶。小さな南景製陶園の湯呑みを、両手で包む。
立ちのぼる湯気。やわらかな温度。蒸気の前に、まず風土を味わう。テラの儀式です。
The first cup, served upon your arrival. Crafted by Miyato Wild Herb Laboratory. Cradled in both hands, a small yunomi cup from Nankei Pottery.
